POSITION DUTIES: Oversee technical implementation and programming of SAP Accounting Software. Design, format and Maintain Crystal Reports for use with SAP accounting software. Responsible to create queries within SQL server for reporting purposes. Oversee financial and accounting data entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Oversee financial and accounting revenue and insure all income is recorded properly. Responsible for input and maintenance of general ledger, inventory and fixed asset accounts. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit/loss, cash flow, balance sheet, employee time and revenue. Audit the data input for invoicing and prepare monthly invoices accurately. Coordinate with management to review the budget sheets and analyze time and expenses usage with a goal of optimizing profitability.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or foreign degree equivalent, and 2 years of experience on the job or as a Bookkeeper.
